JB/T 9935-1999 本标准是对 JB/Z 189-83《机床附件随机技术文件的编制》的修订，编制规则符合 GB/T 1.1-1993 的规定。 本标准与 JB/Z 189-83的主要差异如下： ??增加了允许打印和复印； ??允许台、港、澳地区必要时可不采用简化字； ??合格证明书上要求注明执行的标准； ??要求注肯制造企业的地址和邮电信息； ??增加出口产品随机文本的要求。 本标准规定了机床附件随机技术文件（以下简称文件）编制的要求、格式和内容。 本标准适用于机床附件产品文件（即使用说明书、合格证明书和装箱单）的编制。 本标准于 1983 年首次发布。
