【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesamarking·ofelectricalandelectronicequipmentinaccordancewithArticle11(2)ofDirective2002/96/EC(WEEE);NOTEThisisinadditiontothemarkingrequirementinArticle10(3)ofthisDirectivewhichrequiresproducerstomarkelectricalandelectronicequipmentputonthemarketafter13August2005witha'crossed-outwheeledbin'symbol.·thatappliestoelectricalandelectronicequipmentfallingunderAnnexIAofDirective2002/96/EC,providedtheequipmentconcernedisnotpartofanothertypeofequipmentthatdoesnotfallwithinthescopeofthisDirective.AnnexIBofDirective2002/96/ECcontainsanindicativelistoftheproducts,whichfallunderthecategoriessetoutinAnnexIAofthisDirective;·thatservestoclearlyidentifytheproduceroftheequipmentandthattheequipmenthasbeenputonthemarketafter13August2005.Thedefinitionofatechnicalcarriermediumforidentifyingtheproducer,suchasabarcode,electronicdatamediumormicrochip,isnotcoveredbythisstandard.
