【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardappliestocoredrillingmachinesontransportablestandsequippedwithadiamondcoredrillbit,usuallywithawatersupplyconnectiondevice,andintendedtodrillholesintostone,concreteandsimilarmineralmaterialsinastationarypositionwherethepowerforthetoolrotationissuppliedbyanelectrical,hydraulic,pneumaticorinternalcombustionprimemotor.Thefeedmovementofthedrillheadandcoredrillbitmaybeeffectedbymanual,mechanicalorhydraulicmeans.ThisEuropeanStandarddealswithallsignificanthazardspertinenttocoredrillingmachinesonastandwhenusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer(seeclause4).Thisstandardspecifiestheappropriatetechnicalmeasurestoeliminateorreducerisksarisingfromthesignificanthazards.Thisstandarddoesnotapplyto:?percussiveorrotary-percussiverockdrillseithermountedorunmounted;?handheldpowerdrills;?hydraulicorpneumaticpowersupplysources;?mobileundercarriagestowhichmachinescanbefitted.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotapplytomachinerycoveredbyEN791:1995.ThisEuropeanStandardcoverselectricalhazardsbymakingreferencetorelevantEuropeanStandards(see5.2).Thosehazardsthatarerelevantforallmechanical,electrical,hydraulicandotherequipmentofmachineryandthataredealtwithinstandardsforcommonusearenotcoveredbythisEuropeanStandard.Referencetopertinentstandardsofthiskindismadewheresuchstandardsareapplicableandsofarasisnecessary.InthisEuropeanStandard,coredrillingmachinesonastandarecalled"machines"anddiamondcoredrillbitsarecalled“tools”.NOTETheterm"diamond"isusedasagenericwordwhichcoversallvarietiesofabrasiveproductssuchasdiamond,borumnitride.ThisEuropeanStandardappliesprimarilytomachineswhicharemanufacturedafterthedateofapprovalofthestandardbyCEN.
