【摘要】:Thisstandardspecifiesthehealthandsafetyrequirementsforthedesignofmeteringandmixingunitsforreactionmouldingmachines.Thesignificantandspecifichazardsarelistedinclause4andaredealtwithinthisstandard.Thisstandarddoesnotcovercompletelythehazardsarisingfromtheuseofhighlyflammableadditives,forexample,pentaneusedasablowingagent(see4.7),becausethesehazardsdependtoalargeextentontheadditivesandprocessesused.Thisstandarddoesnotcoverthehazardsarisingfromtheassemblyofseparateunitsnotsuppliedatthesametimebythesamemanufacturer.Thisstandarddoesnotcoverthehazardsarisingfromthemovementofpoweredmixingheads;forthese,seeEN1612-2.Thisstandardappliestometeringandmixingunitsmanufacturedafterthedateofpublicationofthisstandard.
