【摘要】:1.1.1Thisstandardshallapplytosafehavensthatareusedfortheparkingofvehiclestransportingexplosivesandtoexplosivesinterchangelotsthataresafeareaswhereless-than-truckloadsofexplosivesshallbepermittedtobeheldfortransferfromonevehicletoanotherforcontinuanceintransportation.1.1.2Allvehiclescoveredbythisstandardshallberequiredtobeengagedinthetransportationofexplosivesandshallcarryshippingpaperstoshowthattheexplosivesbeingtransportedareproperlydescribed,classified,identified,packaged,andlabeledinaccordancewithregulationsoftheU.S.DepartmentofTransportation.Additionally,allvehiclesshallberequiredtobemarkedandplacardedinaccordancewithregulationsoftheU.S.DepartmentofTransportation.1.1.3Thisstandardshallapplytothedesignandoperatingfeaturesofexplosivesmotorvehiclefacilitiesrelatedtothepreventionoffire,theft,andexplosion.1.1.4*Thisstandardshallnotapplytomotorfreightterminalsforvehicleshandlinggeneralfreight.1.1.5TherequirementsofNFPA513,StandardforMotorFreightTerminals,shallapplytoexplosivesmotorvehiclefacilitieswheretheyareapplicableandarenotcoveredbythisstandard.
