【摘要】:Thescopeincludesonlycranesofthetypesdescribedinpara.22-0.2.1,articulatedbyhydrauliccylinders,whicharepoweredbyinternalcombustionenginesorelectricmotorsandaremountedonamobilechassisorstationaryinstallation.Frequently,articulatingcranesareequippedwithaloadhoistmechanismtobroadentheirversatility.LoadhoistmechanismsequippedmachinesarecoveredbythisVolume.Somebasicmachinetypeswithinthisscopeareconvertibleforexcavatingworkandotherusesnotconsideredtobeliftingservice.TherequirementsofthisVolumeareapplicableonlytosuchmachineswhenusedasliftingcranes.ExemptionsfromthisVolumeinclude:allunitswithamaximumratedcapacityof1tonorless;allunitswithboomsconstructedofnonconductive-typematerials;allunitsequippedwithordesignedprimarilyforpersonnelbaskets,platforms,ladders,etc.;allunitswhenequippedwithnonliftingattachments;allunitsusedinforestryandloggingapplications;telescopingboomcranesthatdonotarticulate(coveredunderB30.5);andscrapandmaterialhandlers.
