【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestwomethodsfordeterminingthesolubilityofdyestuffsinorganicsolvents.Theyareapplicabletodyestuffsthatdonotchangechemicallyundertheinfluenceofthesolventandarestableandnon-volatileunderthespecifieddryingconditions.Forvolatilesolvents(boilingpoint<120°C),thegravimetricprocedureisrecommendedand,forlessvolatilesolvents(boilingpoint>120°C),thephotometricprocedureisrecommended.Thechoiceofprocedureshouldbemadeonacase-by-casebasis.Themethodsaresuitableforconcentrationsbetween1gand1000gofdyestuffperlitreofsolvent.Higherconcentrationscanbeusedprovidedtheviscosityofthesolutionissuchthattheprocedurecanbecarriedoutreadily.Themethodsarenotsuitableforthedeterminationofinsolublematterinadyestuff.
